摘要: 本文所介绍的是利用现有的仪器设备，按常规的测量方法来解决高空瞬间动态测量的问题。

Abstract: The method of using the existent instrument to solve the problems of the instant dynamic surveying in upper air based on the common surveying method is introduced in this paper.
