摘要: 本文介绍某高层住宅楼工程,前后两次勘察不同的结论,导致了两种不同的地基基础方案,造价相差30万元。在高层建筑(包括住宅楼)日趋增多的今天,此类问题当引起人们的高度重视。Abstract: This paper introduces a tall residence engineeriiig. The different conclusions from the two investigations lead to tlie different foundation scheme. The price difference of the two schemes is about 30 million yuans. We must pay more attention to these problems in the present of the tall buildings increasing gradually.
