上海地区双层地基对超高层建筑桩基沉降影响与探析

摘要: 上海Ⅱ类土层排列区,按上海地基基础设计规范计算,30层以上建筑桩基,须设置在深60m第⑨层砂中。本文根据已有建筑经验、应用Mindlin应力分布理论以及对应力扩散角的分析,提出了更符合实际的计算建筑桩基沉降量的方法,并论证了在上海Ⅱ类土层排列区,超高层建筑桩基只需设置在深30~40m的粉细砂层⑦2中即可,大大减少工程造价。Abstract: This paper proposed the more practicable calculating method to the settlement of pile foundation based on the obtained experience and the Mindlin theory about the stress distribution and the analysis of the stress diffusion angle. And expounded that the pile foundation can be set in the silty and fine sand stratum in the depth of 30~40m.
