抚顺南台小区3#楼倾斜原因及教训
The Reasons and Lessons of the No.3 Building Declining in the Nantai District of Fushun City

摘要: 抚顺南台小区3#楼由于勘察、设计以及其后处理不当致使该楼大幅度倾斜，不能正常使用。本文在补充勘测和进行取土样室内试验的基础上采用非线性有限元法对其进行了定量分析，比较系统地论述了其倾斜的原因，总结了经验教训。Abstract: The No.3 building in Nantai district of Fusun city was declined heavily because of the unreasonable investigation、design and managing. The quantitative analyse by nonlinear FEM is taken on the base of the complementary investigation and the testing in laboratory. And the declining reasons are discussed in systematically and some experience and lessons are summarised.
