Abstract: In this paper, setting out errors of several setting out methods used usually in engineering survey are analysed thoroughly ,The effect of control point errors on setting out point errors is studied emphatically.A conception of the effect coefficient of control point errors, f is introduced.According to the “neglect principle” and“proportion s principle”, the accuracy formula of construction framework considering the effect of control point errors are deduced.A computation example is included for reference in designing the construction framework.
