Discussion on Unsteady Seepage Flow Method in Designing Dykes

摘要: 堤防工程设计通常假设堤身渗流为稳定渗流,然后进行堤身断面的渗流和滑动稳定分析以及确定断面几何尺寸。但是,某些洪水涨落迅速的河道,洪水历时较短,堤身不会形成稳定渗流,如果采用上述假定进行工程设计,会使规模偏大,造成浪费。此类河道宜采用不稳定渗流理论进行堤防工程设计。Abstract: The steady seepage flow is usually hypothesized in designing dykes.Based on this hypothesis,the form of dykes is decided by analyzing seepage flowing and slide stability.But if the freshet ebbs and flows too quickly,the time of freshet is so short that the seepage flowing is unsteady.If we design the dyke with this hypothesis,the scale will be too large,and it will be too expensive.The method of unsteady seepage flow used in designing the dyke with this kind of river is studied and discussed.
