Comparison for the Composite Foundation with Plain Concrete Pile by Two Types of Construction Technology

摘要: 通过对两栋楼素混凝土桩复合地基检测实践,对采用两种不同成桩工艺的素混凝土桩桩身质量问题及复合地基承载力大小进行了对比分析,说明在西安这一类型场地,对于素混凝土桩复合地基处理方案而言,采用螺旋钻机成孔工艺成桩要优于采用锤击沉管成孔工艺。Abstract: By means of static loading test and pile dynamic test methods, two buildings' composite foundation with plain concrete pile are tested. By contrasting of the plain concrete pile integrity and the composite foundation's bearing capacity for the two types of construction technology, it is proved that in the region of Xi'an, the twist drill concrete pile is better than the driven cast-in-place pile.
