Experimental Research on Compression Deformation Characteristics of Bulky Rock Material

摘要: 通过散体岩石物料在饱水状态和天然状态下的室内压缩变形试验,探讨了散体岩石物料的压缩变形机理及其规律,以对工程实践提供可靠的理论依据。研究结果显示:1)散体岩石物料压缩特性表现为低压缩性,其压缩变形以塑性变形为主,并且表现为瞬时变形;2)散体岩石物料在饱水状态下的压缩模量明显小于天然状态下的压缩模量,在饱水状态下散体岩石物料产生的变形量大;3)压力为400 kPa时,是压缩变形的一个特征值,当压力大于该值时,散体岩石物料压缩模量小,试样变形大,孔隙比也出现明显减小;4)岩块的软化作用加剧散体岩石物料的压缩变形。Abstract: Compression deformation tests of bulky rock material that in saturation conditions and natural conditions were carried out.In order to provide the reliable theory basis for engineering practices,the compression deformation mechanism and rules of bulky rock material was discussed,the results showed that:1) compression characteristics of bulky rock material is performance of the low compressibility,the compression deformation is given priority to plastic deformation and also performance of the instantaneous deformation; 2) compression modulus in saturation conditions is obviously less than the one in natural conditions,so bulky rock material produce large deformation in saturation condition;3) the pressure characteristic value of compression deformation is 400kPa,when the pressure is greater than this value the compression modulus is lower,and the deformation is increase,void ratio is also reduced obviously; 4) the rock softening action intensifies bulky rock material compression deformation.
