Abstract: Engineering data usually needs to be batch processed from Excel to Word,in order to make full use of the powerful function of data processing and analysis in Excel and the strong ability of text processing and typesetting in Word.When the amount of engineering data information is large,the working capacity will be also very large by using the traditional manual editing method.Furthermore,the operating and processing are repetitive,time consuming and error prone.In the paper,a VBA programming method of Microsoft Office software is employed to realize the automatic batch processing for the mass inspection data of large-scale pile foundation.With the proposed method,the timely and accurate data is provided for the pile foundation inspection,which improved the working efficiency and has the important application value.
