Abstract:
In the foundation pit enclosure engineering,a large number of internal support structure systems are used,and the steel shotcrete is the most widely used in the support system.Steel shotcrete is a metal material,and the influence of temperature change on the support structure cannot be ignored.Based on the basic principles of elastic thermodynamics,the thermal stress formula of the hollow cylinder is deduced,and the lateral horizontal displacement of the surrounding structure is considered.The influence of temperature change on the axial force of the steel shotcrete is analyzed quantitatively,and the calculation formula is verified through the measured axial force value and numerical solution.The results show that the analytical solution is larger than the numerical solution,and larger than the measured value,which is conservative.This calculation formula with minor error could be used as a safety reserve for engineering design,which is a reference in the future design.
