Treatment Measures of Metro Shield Tunnel in Red Clay Karst Area

摘要: 软流塑红黏土覆盖于石灰岩之上,周边环境的变化易引发红黏土和溶洞之间的连通、流动,从而导致地面塌陷等岩溶地质灾害,给地铁隧道施工和运营以及周边环境带来严重的安全风险。以武汉地铁纸坊线(27号线)大花岭站—江夏客厅站区间为例,结合岩溶专项勘察,对红黏土、岩溶的分布与发育特征进行了总结,在此基础上提出了红黏土和岩溶的处理措施。实践证明,这些措施保证了地铁盾构隧道施工安全和运营安全,达到了预期效果,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。Abstract: Soft plastic red clay covers the limestone. The change of surrounding environment easily leads to the connection and flow between red clay and karst cave, which could result in karst geological disasters such as ground subsidence, and brings serious safety risks to the construction and operation of metro tunnels as well as the surrounding environment. Taking the Dahualing Station to Jiangxiaketing Station of Zhifang Line (Line 27) of Wuhan Metro as an example, the distribution and development characteristics of red clay and karst are summarized in combination with special karst investigation. On this basis, the treatment measures of red clay and karst are put forward. Practice proves that these measures ensure the construction safety and operation safety of metro shield tunnel, and achieve the expected results, which could be reference in similar projects.
