The subgrade foundation soils is uneven according to the geological investigation of Red Building of Peking University. The characteristic of macroscopical deformation is relative with the property, thickness, distribution, etc of the subgrade foundation soils, through FLAC2D which is a two-dimensional finite-difference program. The result of analysis have a important significance when maintaining and repairing the Red Building of Peking University.
