Prevention Technical on Frost Damage of the Plain Reservoir Earth Dam Slope Protection in the Cold Region

This paper briefly provides the main content of the prevention technics on frost damage of the plain reservoir earth dam slope protection in cold region which is based on the studies of the frozen soil mechanics and the ice engineering in the recent years.
