Research and Development on Design Computing System of Lattice Girder

  • As a new slope protection system, Lattice girder has been widely used in the current engineering practice, but presently lattice girder calculation will be split into single beam in the engineering design, with using the manual calculation and the hand drawing, overlooking the characteristics as a whole framework, whose design quality and design speed are not satisfactory. Based on the considerations above, the cross-based design method is used to solve the problem, which discusses the load distribution on vertical and horizontal girder, and the internal force of lattice beam is computed by Winkler elastic foundation beam theory. On this basis, internal force calculation, reinforcement calculation and construction drawings are set to be integrated, establishing the flowchart of design computing system on lattice girder, then the design calculation procedures is developed by visual programming language visual basic with CAD secondary development, and the Intelligent and integration on lattice girder design is realized.
