  • The tilt photogrammetry technology is a new and high technology developed in the field of surveying and mapping in recent years.It overcomes the limitation of traditional aerial photography,which can only be taken from the vertical angle.It can provide accurate,real and rich image information for 3D modeling in the city.It has been widely used in the construction of real model.In this paper,the high altitude oil UAV,Sony7R digital camera,advanced image processing and 3D modeling software are used to introduce the data collection,image processing,3D modeling and production of the aerial tilt photography in Manasi County,Xinjiang.It provides a high precision and high level for the construction of the intelligent city in Manasi County.A clear three-dimensional urban model promotes the management and sustainable development of county infrastructure.
