The combined method of spline function with 3 times of B and regression is adopted to set up the deformation model of deformation observing series of earth's crust. The mixed model of the spline function with double 3 times of B is also built up for giving the unified mathmatic model in deformation monitoring area concering the time and space. The example proved this method is effective to build the deformation model.
