Influence on Soil's Deformation with Consideration of Stress-induced Anisotropy

  • Induced anisotropy has important influence on soil's deformation character under complex stress state.Traditional constitutive model with isotropic assumption cannot describe this character.Soil under partial load is analyzed with FEM,which apply the anisotropic-non linear elastic model.The kesrlt is compared with commonly used Duncan-Chang model.It is proved from the analysis that the influene on soil of induced anisotropy is considerable.
