On the basis of discussing the fractured rock mass's permeability tensor, the formula of fractured rock mass's permeability tensor and its normal stress was obtained with the test deformating curve of fractured concrete block. And the affection of fractured rock mass's permeability tensor was simply discussed with rock mass stresses change.
