The Comparative Research on Fundamental Properties of Dredger Fill in Different Areas

The fundamental properties which include substance composition,physicochemical characteristics and elementary engineering properties of dredger fill in Lianyungang and Qingdao area are studied statistically.The differences between these two areas on fundamental properties are found.These differences result from the resource of sediment in blow filled environment and the hydraulic conditions as dredging.These results provide important basis for further investigation on sedimentary environment and other properties of dredger fill.And these studies lay the foundations for the development of earth reclamation and soft soil treatment.
