Foundation Reinforcement for the Anneal Workshop of A Carbon Plant

  • The rising of fill moisture caused the foundation collapsible sinking. Meanwhile, the steel pipes of carbon rotary kiln bending effected normal operation of the line. Using the cement water glass slurries and inclined hole, we grouted in layers to the middle fills of the dust sedimentary chamber. Based on the bottom-enlarged grouting piles which are longer than original piles, we reinforced the foundation of rotary kiln. All the above prevented the sinking of the foundation and up to now the rotary kiln worked very well.
