Application of Accuracy Location Technique for Intermediate Upright Prop in the Strut

  • The positioning and perpendicularity control of the intermediate upright prop have always been important and difficult points in the construction,as which is one of the key components in the internal strutted retaining structure system;and is also the key structure of the vertical braced structure system.It is the key technology of the upright prop construction how the accuracy location of the upright prop is carried out.Combined with a project in Beijing,the technique of the orifice locator device,the lattice columns union,the connection between steel-lattice and steel reinforcement cage is applied to achieve the accuracy location of the intermediate upright prop.The practice shows that the technique is low in cost and convenient in construction,and can meet the accuracy of positioning of the intermediate upright prop.
