High-efficiency construction technology of long auger drills in sandy gravel strata

  • 摘要: 常规长螺旋钻机在砂卵石地层中的施工困难主要表现为卡钻、埋钻和机械磨损严重,为此,对长螺旋钻机钻具和钻进操作进行了系列改进,主要包括:增强长螺旋钻机动力头扭矩,使其能在含有大粒径漂石的砂卵石地层钻进;增加动力头反转功能,使其卡钻或埋钻后能够自主调整;加强钻具(钻杆、合金截齿钻头、变径等)、前后背板(含卡瓦)、护筒和螺丝等相关部件,使其适应施工强度;钻进过程中根据实际情况调整转速、进尺速度等施工参数,达到一次成孔、成桩的效果。通过实际测试,提出5套适用于不同砂卵石地层施工的长螺旋钻机改装配置,供工程应用参考。
