Abstract:
The No.3 building in Nantai district of Fusun city was declined heavily because of the unreasonable investigation、design and managing. The quantitative analyse by nonlinear FEM is taken on the base of the complementary investigation and the testing in laboratory. And the declining reasons are discussed in systematically and some experience and lessons are summarised.
