General Report on Geotechnical Investigation Technology

Abstract:
The development of geotechnical investigation technology in recent years are summarized in this paper. Investigation technical characteristics for the recorded projects which including building, municipal, transportation, mining, water conservancy engineering are summarized, and especially emphases are laid on the projects under adverse geological conditions and the problematic soils. Nowadays, geotechnical investigation has much closer relationship with the engineering design and consulting, numerical analysis is widely used in the comparison and feasibility study of the foundation scheme, deep excavation and ground water control scheme at the investigation stage. The impact analysis for engineering construction and surrounding environment has been an important part of investigation report. The challenge and development opportunity of geo-environmental engineering is briefly analyzed, and investigation technical codes problem of the overseas project is also discussed.

Abstract:
The conference received 39 papers on the excavation engineering and slope engineering-This article briefly summarizes the characteristics of most of the cases. At the same time, combined with the development of excavation engineering and slope engineering in recent years, it discusses the applicability of the pile anchor support, strut form, slope structure, evaluation of slope stability, groundwater control, selecting the numerical simulation model and so on.

The Investigation of the Landfill Settlement Prediction Method

Abstract:
As the method to predict the landfill settlement,Sowers theoretical model has been widely applied at home and abroad and also recommended by the industry Standard for ifs simple formula and less parameters. However, the industry standard formula has some limitations and uncertainties when applied to the specific project. Because it's difficult to determine the model parameter by the standard for we can only get the range value or has to test to get the specific value. Different parameter selection form the scope of the reference parameter could lead to the different prediction results. There are differences in solid waste deposits in different regions, and the test data is not easy to measure for solid waste body sample has the large discreteness. As a result,based on a series of field monitoring data at one of the Beijing waste sanitary landfill site, this article full analyses of the landfill settlement rule in the region, applied the measured data to Sowers model to determine the relevant parameters. Combining theoretical model with the field measured data, this article laid the foundation for analysis the follow-up landfill settlement,and has a reference significance for similar projects.

Study on Engineering Characteristics and Stability of Chenjiazui Landslide in Hanjiang River

Abstract:
Chenjiazui landslide is Hanjiang Gushan hydropower station near the dam landslide, landslide if instability will affect the dam of hydraulic structures located upstream and power generation, is a great technical subject first to solve engineering Gushan hydropower station. Through the engineering geological mapping, drilling, adit, rock and soil testing a large number of survey work, find out the landslide volume of about 2 400 000 of m3, is a large rock cutting landslide, the overall situation in the basic stability of the state, before and after completion of the superposition rainstorm long rain sliding body of water saturated conditions of the landslide, on the whole is unstable to an unstable state, so need to take measures for landslide. By comparison, the proposed combination of dam three stage cofferdam construction to take the slope to reduce load on the landslide (used as cofferdam filling material)+front riprap revetment engineering measures, the landslide stability meet safety standards.
Study on Anti-Pulling Static Load Test of Prestressed Concrete Pipe Pile Using Fiber Bragg Grating Technology

Abstract:
Currently, the demand of developing the underground space is becoming larger and larger. The construction costs of uplift pile has become more than compression pile in some projects, even more than number times. The pile designers must pay more attention to the reasonable design of uplift piles. The design calculation of uplift piles is not very clear in specification. The pile designers always calculate with their experience and understanding, the different designers have different design results. This article referred to the method that used fiber bragg grating senor embedded in the prestressed concrete pipe pile to monitor the stress of pile. Combining a certain anti-pulling static load test of prestressed concrete pipe pile, the properties of prestressed concrete pipe pile had researched, it can provide more reasonable parameters to the design of uplift pile.
Stability Analysis and Risk Zoning of Dongzhou District Government Site in Fushun City

Abstract:
Fushun has been known as the "coal city" for a long time. Since the founding of the nation, along with the rapid economic development of Fushun, coal resources development and utilization are also increasing gradually. Geological disasters such as the ground subsidence or collapse which caused by underground coal mining occurred frequently, destroying the ground buildings, making the construction crack, incline and even collapse; road occur cracks, scarps; destroying of underground pipeline facilities. And this constitutes a threat to people's life and property security. So before the production and construction, the field stability evaluating and risk zoning play very important roles. In this paper, Fushun Dongzhou District government area is taken as an example, through the investigation, to find out engineering geology condition of the site, analysis the type, cause of geological hazard and effects on buildings, putting forward preventive measures. Through the prediction of geological hazard prone zone, divide the ground collapse prone zone, ground unequal settlement prone zone, and stability zone.
The Application of Failure Probability in the Stability Analysis of Landslide

Abstract:
The traditional calculation of stability analysis of landslide is impacted by many factors, such as the different properties of soils and rocks, the random variation of external factors, the inhomogeneity of geological bodies and the errors of sampling, etc. The final results are adopted excessive manual intervention. According to the law of large numbers of mathematical statistics, the landslide failure probability model has been established more practically by introducing the Monte-Carlo method to the original analysis method. So taking the road landside around Ankang city for example, the landslide in three kinds of conditions was calculated respectively with the model mentioned before, and makes the results more correctly and comprehensively.
Using VC to Achieve DINI03 Electronic Level Original Data Processing

Abstract:
DINI03 electronic level is a leap of the leveling technology. Its original data is large and need to remove those who is unnecessary or lack of precision. The authors write a software with VC, which can achieve the extraction of the original data, and output to EXCEL. It has been applied in practical engineering.
Development and Application of Ceremicplate Extractor of Controlling Matric Suction Accurately

Abstract:
Ceremic plate extractor is used to test not only the unsaturated soil drying curve,but also the wetting curve, which has important meaning to the study of the physical relation ship between soil and water. To improve the present ceremic plate extractor, I recommend using electronic pressure gauge to improve the accuracy of the Suction control, using electronic balance and setting evaporation-control group to realize the accurate measurement of moisture in soil sample variation, establishing a data acquisition system to avoid the error accumulate caused by testers in recording process. Mu Us sand was tested by using this device, the test data are fitted by using the Van Genuchen, Gardnera, Fredlund and Xing model. Conclusion them have better fitting effects. Determine the boundary point of the unsaturated soil wetting and drying curve of steep drop section through the geometric mapping method.
