  • Introducing the actual conditions of the ground settlement monitoring in the running tunnels of Gongyuanqian Station~Haizhu Square Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 2, which is constructed by underground cutting method with shallow overburden, analyzing the primary causes of ground settlement, summarizing the accessorial technical measures, e.g. timely strengthening the initial support and variable grouting during tunneling to control the ground settlement. It is useful for theoretical research and application preference.
