Based on the investigation of the engineering geology, rock structure and deformation and failure characteristics of the high-speed railway tunnel exit slope, this paper expounds that the deformation and failure mode of the slope is blocks slip down along unloaded structural planes.By three-dimensional numerical simulation, the stress, deformation and shear strain increment along the tunnel profile in natural conditions(before the platform and the tunnel excavation) and train vibration load conditions is analyzed, and theinfluence of the excavation of the platform and the train vibration load on the slope stability is analyzed. It is concluded that the excavation of the platform and the train vibration load may cause local deformation in the vicinity of the excavation surface and the soft rock interlayer, and they have little effect on the overall stability of the slope.
