Sun Jian, Bai Mingzhou, Wang Lianjun
2004, 18(4): 168-171.
Abstract:
The exploring principle and the application state of GPR technology are introduced, through a engineering practice, the fessibility of strafication by using GPR is discussed.
Experimental Study on the Deep and Thick Soft Ground Treated withPrefabricated Vertical Drains Combination with Heaped -Preloading
Wang Xiang, Zhou Shunhua, Gu Xiangsheng
2004, 18(4): 172-176,186.
Abstract:
Taking the results of the test on the soft ground treated with prefabricated vertical drains on the Guangzhou Zhuhai Qusai High speed Railway for example,a series of problems about the deep and thick soft ground are analyzed, such as the change of the settlement of the soft ground, pore water pressure, soil pressure, deformation of the geogrid, horizontal displacement in the deep soil.
FEM Analysis for the Rock Slope of Mian-Ning Highway
Gu Shuancheng, Han Jiaming
2004, 18(4): 177-179.
Abstract:
Based on the constraction of the highway from Mianxian to Ningqiang, the finite element model of slope is set up by geologic character and physical parameter. The factor of safety is caculated by ANSYS 61 program and the method of strength reduction. As a result, the stability of slope is evaluated.
Influence on Soil's Deformation with Consideration of Stress-induced Anisotropy
Zhang Kunyong, Yin Zongze
2004, 18(4): 180-183.
Abstract:
Induced anisotropy has important influence on soil's deformation character under complex stress state.Traditional constitutive model with isotropic assumption cannot describe this character.Soil under partial load is analyzed with FEM,which apply the anisotropic-non linear elastic model. The kesrlt is compared with commonly used Duncan-Chang model. It is proved from the analysis that the influene on soil of induced anisotropy is considerable.
The Improvement Design on the Inner Structure of Subterrene
Han Bing, Cao Pinlu, Chen Chen
2004, 18(4): 184-186.
Abstract:
The subterrene drilling method is a new excavation technology Since the 60's of 20 centuries when the United States started studying drilling exploring, the structure design and material choice of subterrene has not been determined unanimously Studies of our country in this respect are late Based on the results of experimental study, the author take thesubterrene with 80mm diameters as an example to proceed the improvement design on its inner heating resistor structure
Application of the High Density Resistivity Methodin Hu-Rong Highway Survey
Zhang Liangguo, Xu Yixian, Wang Yunan
2004, 18(4): 187-190.
Abstract:
The basic theory is introducded at first, then some examples about application of the high density resistivity method in Hu-Rong highway survey are introduced, and some advices about application of the high density resistivity metbod are suggested.

Analysis for Bearing Capacity of Foundation Soils
Li Baoqiang
2004, 18(4): 191-193,198.
Abstract:
Combining with the p-s curve of load test, using the limit balance theory of soil mass,a series problems of foundation soils are analyzed, such as deformation character, bearing capacity and its amendent. The result shows that the bearing capacity of foundation soils is not only the function of shear strength, but also related with the depth and width of foundation, and other else facrors. Some suggestions about the amendent of bearing capacity are given.
Study on Calculating Method of Ground Subsidence Caused by Pit-dewatering
Xu Xijin, Li Dongxia
2004, 18(4): 194-198.
Abstract:
Discussing the reason for the formula to calculate ground subsidence is corrected by feedwater percentage (μ)in the cohesive soil for the dewatering of pit, putting forward the specific methods and theoretical formulae of the subsidence calculation for building and its different sites away from pit.
